About O'Shares Invest

O'Shares Invest is an investment analysis house built for Canadians who want institutional-grade information without the institutional attitude. We combine an AI analysis engine with personal account managers who work Eastern Time business hours, and we price everything in Canadian dollars before you commit a loonie.

What we actually do

The platform provides AI-assisted analysis of global stock markets and cryptocurrency markets, organized into dashboards a first-time investor can read in minutes. You choose the assets you follow, the engine summarizes trend, volatility and relevant events, and a personal account manager helps you turn that information into your own decisions. We do not manage your money for you and we do not run your trades autonomously: every position is yours to open and yours to close.

That boundary is deliberate. Tools that promise to trade for you also promise results nobody can promise. We would rather give you clearer information, honest pricing and a person to call, and let the decisions stay where they belong.

Our mission

To bring AI-assisted market analysis to Canadian investors with plain-language information, honest pricing in Canadian dollars and a real person to talk to at every step.

In practice the mission breaks into three commitments. First, clarity: every page on this site, from fees to risk disclosure, is written to be understood the first time you read it. Second, accessibility: the entry plan starts at C$250 so learning does not require a windfall. Third, accountability: when something goes wrong, there is a documented complaints process with named timelines, described on the Complaints page.

How the service came together

2020: The service is founded with a small desk covering a handful of Canadian and global instruments.

2022: Coverage expands to global stock markets and the first cryptocurrency watchlists.

2024: The AI analysis engine is introduced to summarize market data for everyday investors.

2026: The Toronto client office opens, adding local account managers for Canadian users.

Milestones are finalized with the administration team; the years are published once confirmed rather than approximated.
