Withdrawal policy
The true test of an investment service is not how fast it takes deposits but how honestly it returns money. This policy documents, in eleven sections, exactly how withdrawals work: the methods, the timelines, the limits, the checks and the reasons a request can be delayed.
1. The principle
Verified funds in your account are yours. We do not impose holding periods to keep your money on the balance sheet, we do not charge exit fees, and we do not require a phone call "review" before releasing money. The rules below exist to verify that the person asking is you, and for no other reason.
2. Withdrawal methods
Withdrawals are available by Interac e-Transfer to Canadian bank accounts, by bank wire for larger amounts, and by Visa to eligible cards. Every method is free of platform fees. The destination must be in your registered name; this is a hard rule with no exceptions, and it is the single most important protection against account takeover.
3. Processing times
Interac e-Transfer withdrawals are normally processed within 24 hours. Bank wires take 1 to 3 business days as they pass through interbank settlement. Visa withdrawals take 1 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank. Times are counted from the moment a request passes verification, not from the moment you click submit.
4. Minimums and maximums
The minimum per withdrawal is C$25, which exists to keep micro-transactions from cluttering your account history. The standard daily maximum is C$150,000 per account; amounts above it are split across consecutive days automatically rather than refused. New accounts in their first weeks may carry lower temporary limits while monitoring baselines are established, and your account manager tells you plainly if yours is one of them.
5. Identity verification before payout
Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC: a verified government-issued ID and a destination matching your registered name. Changes to a withdrawal destination trigger a cooling period and confirmation through your verified contact channel, because a changed payout address is the classic signature of a hijacked account.
Additional checks, a fresh document or a call with compliance, apply on large requests or unusual patterns under our AML policy. These checks delay a payout by hours, not weeks, and you are told which check is running.
6. How to request a withdrawal
Open the wallet page, choose the method, enter the amount and destination, and confirm with your 2FA code if two-factor is enabled. You receive a reference number immediately; that reference is what support uses to trace the request at any stage, and quoting it gets you a status in one reply.
7. Tracking a request
Every request moves through four visible states: submitted, verified, sent and settled. The wallet page shows the current state in real time, and each transition is written to your audit history with a timestamp. If a request sits in one state longer than the published window, that is a support ticket, and it is treated as one.
8. Why a request can be delayed
Honest delays have named causes: incomplete KYC or an expired ID document; a destination that does not match your verified name; an AML review triggered by the amount or pattern; a public holiday or weekend extending business-day windows; or a processor outage on the receiving side. Each cause has its own remedy, and support names the cause rather than replying "it is being processed".
What is never a cause of delay: attempting to keep your money, discourage the withdrawal or pressure you into reversing it. If anyone on our side does that, it is a complaint, and it is treated as a serious one.
9. Cancelled and returned requests
A request can be cancelled from your side while it is in the submitted state, before verification begins. Once sent, a bank-side recall is possible for wires in limited cases and carries whatever the receiving institution charges, which we pass on at cost. Requests returned by your bank for wrong details come back to your balance minus nothing; we do not profit from a mistyped transit number.
10. Dormant accounts and closing balances
Accounts with no activity for an extended period are flagged, and we contact you through your verified channel before any dormancy handling begins. When you close an account, remaining verified balances are withdrawn under this same policy, and the final payout is never conditional on staying, upgrading or trading.
11. Security notes and contact
Withdrawal requests are logged immutably in the audit history described on the Security page, together with the device that submitted them. We will never call you to "verify" a withdrawal by reading out a code, and we will never ask you to send funds to a new wallet to "unlock" a withdrawal; both are fraud patterns covered on the Fraud warning page. For any withdrawal question, write to [email protected] with your reference number.
