Frequently asked questions
Every question our support desk actually receives, grouped the way new users ask them: getting started, money in and out, the platform itself, risk, security, regulation and support. If your question is not here, it reaches a human at the support address below.
Getting started
How long does registration take?
The form itself takes under a minute: name, email, phone and a password. Within 24 hours an account manager calls you to activate access, explain the dashboard and answer your first questions.
What do I need to open an account?
A government-issued photo ID for verification, an email address you check regularly, and a Canadian bank account if you plan to fund by Interac e-Transfer. Nothing else is required to begin.
Can I try the platform before funding?
Yes. After registration you can explore the dashboard and watchlist setup with your account manager before any deposit. The plan minimum is only needed when you begin trading.
Is there a demo or paper mode?
The onboarding period works like one: you configure a watchlist and receive the daily summaries before funding. A formal simulation mode is on the feature roadmap and will be announced on this site when it ships.
Plans and fees
What are the plan minimums?
Basic starts at C$250, Advanced at C$1,500 and Premium at C$5,000. These are the initial deposits into your linked account, not payments to us.
What does the subscription cost?
C$19 per month for Basic, C$45 for Advanced and C$95 for Premium. Subscriptions are billed monthly in Canadian dollars and cancel at any month end without penalty.
Are there deposit or withdrawal fees?
No. Every deposit and withdrawal method we support, Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard and bank wire, is free of platform fees. Trading fees charged by the venue where your order executes are charged by that venue itself.
Do you take a share of profits?
No. Our only service fee is the subscription. We take no spread share, no per-trade commission and no performance fee. Anyone claiming to activate this service for a cut of profits is not us.
Funding and withdrawals
How fast is an Interac e-Transfer deposit?
Most e-Transfer deposits land within minutes, and the method is marked Instant in our payments table. The first deposit may take slightly longer while initial checks complete.
How long do withdrawals take?
Interac e-Transfer withdrawals are normally processed within 24 hours, bank wires take 1 to 3 business days, and Visa withdrawals take 1 to 5 business days. Times count from completed verification.
What is the minimum withdrawal?
The minimum is C$25 per request. The standard daily maximum is C$150,000, and larger amounts split automatically across consecutive days.
Why does my first withdrawal need verification?
Canadian identity-verification rules require it, and it protects you: payouts go only to destinations matching your verified name. It is a one-time check per destination.
Platform features
What exactly does the AI do?
It reads market data continuously and summarizes trend, volatility and relevant events for each asset on your watchlist, in plain language. It organizes information; it does not predict prices and it never places trades.
Which markets are covered?
Major Canadian, US and international stock exchanges, plus the leading digital-asset markets. Coverage details per plan are on the Products and services page.
Can I use more than one device?
Yes, the dashboard works in any modern browser, and new-device sign-ins trigger an alert to your registered email. You can review and end sessions from your profile at any time.
Does the platform trade automatically?
No. There is no autonomous trading mode and no exception to that. Exchange connections are read-only, and every order is placed by you on your chosen venue.
Risk and trading
Can I lose money?
Yes, including the entire amount you invest. Trading stocks and digital assets carries market risk that no analysis removes. Our risk disclosure page describes each risk type in detail.
Is any return guaranteed?
No, and any service promising one should be treated as a red flag. Our AI summaries support decisions; they do not promise outcomes.
How much should a beginner start with?
Most new users start at the Basic minimum of C$250, which is enough to learn the workflow with real but limited stakes. Add only after weeks of experience, from money whose loss would not change your plans.
Security
Is two-factor authentication available?
Yes, for sign-in and for sensitive operations such as withdrawals. We recommend enabling both, and your account manager will help you set it up during onboarding.
Do you hold my funds?
No. Your money stays in your own bank and exchange accounts, linked with read-only permissions. We never custody client funds.
Are digital assets covered by CDIC or CIPF?
Generally no. Cash with a member institution may be eligible for CDIC coverage and eligible securities held by a member investment dealer may be covered by CIPF, each subject to their rules, but crypto and other digital assets are generally not covered. The full note is on the Security and Licensing pages.
Regulation and protection
Who regulates you in Canada?
Our activity is conducted in compliance with applicable Canadian requirements for onboarding, identity verification and complaint handling, with CIRO as the relevant investment-industry framework, FINTRAC obligations for anti-money-laundering, and complaint escalation available through OBSI. Registration details are confirmed with the relevant provider on request.
How do I escalate a complaint?
Complaints are acknowledged within one business day and answered within fifteen. If our final answer does not resolve the matter, you may escalate to OBSI, the Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments, and we provide your complete file to them.
Support and account
How do I contact support?
Write to [email protected], Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30 Eastern Time. Usual wait time is under five minutes, and withdrawals or security topics are prioritized.
Can I get support in French?
Yes. Write in French and your message is routed to a French-speaking team member; the onboarding call can also be conducted in French.
How do I close my account?
Send a closing request from your registered email. Your subscription stops at the end of the paid month and verified balances are withdrawn under the standard policy timeline, with no exit fee.
Still unanswered? Write to [email protected] with your question and registered name. Support answers the same business day, and questions that recur get added to this page.
