Core hours are 9:00 to 17:30 ET with hybrid work from the Toronto office. Market coverage is scheduled, not heroic.

You run onboarding calls, calibrate watchlists with new users and stay their point of contact. Bilingual English and French is a strong asset, since a large share of our users are in Quebec. Prior experience explaining investment risk to non-professionals matters more than a sales record.
Compliance Analyst, AML and KYC

You review identity verification files, keep our FINTRAC-aligned procedures honest and improve the complaints workflow. Precision in writing matters: our policy pages are public, and yours will be read by users, not just lawyers.
Market Writer, Learn section
Remote, Canada · Part time
You turn our articles and guides into plain Canadian English, in both official languages if you can. You will not write hype: every piece carries the risk context that our readers actually need before their first deposit.
