Deposit and withdrawal methods
Canadian funding the way Canadians actually move money: Interac e-Transfer for speed, cards for convenience, bank wire for larger amounts. Every method below is free of platform fees, and each table lists exactly what to expect in time and type.
Deposit methods
| Payment method | Type | Fee | Processing time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Interac e-Transfer | Bank transfer | Free | Instant |
| Visa | Card | Free | Instant |
| Mastercard | Card | Free | Instant |
| Bank wire | Bank transfer | Free | 1 to 3 business days |
Interac e-Transfer: Send funds from any Canadian bank account; most transfers land within minutes.
Bank wire: For larger amounts; posted after your bank settles the wire.
Deposits must come from accounts or cards in your own registered name. Third-party funding is returned to its source and repeated attempts may close the account under our AML policy.
Withdrawal methods
| Payment method | Type | Fee | Processing time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Interac e-Transfer | Bank transfer | Free | Within 24 hours |
| Bank wire | Bank transfer | Free | 1 to 3 business days |
| Visa | Card | Free | 1 to 5 business days |
The first withdrawal requires completed identity verification, and payouts go only to destinations matching your verified name. The minimum per request is C$25; full rules, limits and delay reasons are in the Withdrawal policy.
Processing windows are counted in business days, Monday to Friday excluding Canadian public holidays, and a request submitted after 15:00 ET enters the next business day's queue. Weekend crypto markets do not move banking rails: an e-Transfer requested Saturday settles Monday, and that is the bank's calendar, not ours.
How to actually move money
Depositing
Generate the funding instruction in your profile, send the exact amount from your bank or card, and the balance appears as soon as the method settles, minutes for e-Transfer, up to three business days for wire.
Withdrawing
Requests are submitted from the wallet page, verified against your KYC record and sent by the method you choose. Interac e-Transfer requests normally settle within 24 hours.
When things are slow
If a transfer exceeds its stated window, support can trace it with the processor and give you a reference. Delay causes are listed openly in the withdrawal policy rather than discovered one frustrated email at a time.
